Ideally you will have the following qualifications, experience and attributes -
- Certificate IV Building & Construction (Essential)
- Project Management Experience
- Estimating Systems Knowledge (BuildSoft/Cubit)
- Microsoft Project (Gantt Charts)
- Microsoft Office 365 Suite
- Construction White Card (Essential)
- Car Driver's Licence (Essential)
- Leadership skills and the ability to motivate or inspire others
- Reliable, punctual and self-motivated
- Have a great attitude, attention to detail and strong work ethic.
