Gavin Lewis

Company Director

The company was founded by Gavin Lewis. A qualified builder with more than 20 years’ experience, Gavin provides strong leadership to his team. He is committed to ensuring he is up-to-date with changing legislation, work practices and new technologies.

Craig Phillips

Manager

Craig joined the company at inception after an extensive career as a sole trader with his family-owned building business. With a respected 35 years’ experience in the industry, Craig has worked on large and small-scale commercial, industrial and residential projects – locally and interstate.

Mike Spotswood

Estimator/Project Manager

Mike joined GLB Constructions in 2017 bringing with him a wealth of industry experience. Mike’s background began in drafting and extended to project management including running his own business in the building services industry for 17 years.

Claire Goldfinch

Office Manager

Claire is generally the first point of contact for our clients and knows the business inside out. From client billing to project logistics, Claire is an integral part of the GLB Constructions team.
