Working in the centre of the CBD can certainly be a challenge, but our expertise shone through. We still managed to include custom hardwood joinery that runs seamlessly up the wall and onto the ceiling, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. This project also included a delightful surprise for diners – a ‘sushi train’ delivering food that winds its way through the middle of the restaurant, adding a touch of fun and interactivity to your dining experience.

While you savor the fresh sushi and innovative dishes, don't forget to take a look up at the hand-painted mural by artist Yue Basser. This vibrant artwork brings the space to life, transporting you to the bustling streets of Japan and perfectly complementing the culinary journey you're about to embark on.
