The project posed two major challenges:
- Completion prior to Christmas 2019
- Tight construction area with limited access
A construction methodology was devised to build the roof sections off-site, pre-lined and crane into place. With minimal disruption to the restaurant and adjacent businesses, a great result was achieved for all parties.
