Western Tiers Distillery is a boutique whiskey & gin distillery that recently opened in Westbury, Tasmania. This 419m² project includes a main workshop space housing world-class working whiskey and gin distilling systems by StillSmiths Tasmania. It also includes a cafe/restaurant, tasting bar and alfresco dining space. This build has a stunning facade featuring interlocking 'copper penny' panels, polished concrete floors, custom hand-curved hardwood bar counters, and a beautiful Huon Pine servery.
